Step 1: Create a Ticket
Click the button below to submit your contact information and details about your computer issue. Once you have submitted the information you can then drop your computer off at our shop anytime during business hours for us to begin the Diagnostics & Cleanup process. When you arrive we will have you sign our Work Authorization form and pay the $85 deposit.
You may use the same form to request information about On-Site Service or Remote Support. (Note: an ActiveCare subscription is required for Remote Support and On-Site Service. If you don’t already have ActiveCare you can sign up using the button in Step 2 below.)
Step 2: Install ActiveCare
ActiveCare is the best starting point to detect problems with your computer and protect your computer moving forward. ActiveCare Monitoring not only helps us perform our in-house Diagnostics & Cleanup service faster, it also provides early detection of potential problems in the future and helps protect your computer from malware and other problems.
